Nagorik Seba Porishod-NSP's mission is to relieve poverty and enhance the quality of life of the deprived poor through providing their employment, training, emergency help, healthcare, and income-producing activities; facilitating the improvement in their potentials and skills thru ability building; empowering them to claim their rights and entitlements via attention raising, motivation, institutional improvement, advocacy, lobbying, and collective social actions.

NSP's vision is to create an environmentally sound society without poverty, free from oppression, injustice, exploitation, and discrimination wherein children, men, and women stay with dignity and are successful in exercising and experiencing their rights and could get entry to possibilities regardless of cast, creed and color and participation withinside the mainstream socio-economic-political and cultural processes.
