NSP is the pioneer and leading corporation in Bangladesh, working on organizing and protecting the human rights of the poor and vulnerable women, men, and kids in Bangladesh. This organization believes that human rights are crucial factors in human improvement and a country's social and financial improvement. NSP acknowledges that those rights had been integrated into the constitution as fundamental standards of state policy and essential rights of all people.

Most codified laws also are under force to defend the rights of the citizens and the people living in Bangladesh, however, at the same time, it is convinced that because of the lack of proper enforcement, those laws had been rendered ineffectual. The root reasons for the violation of human rights are the lack of knowledge and the people's lack of voice and poor governance in the government agencies. For the country's overall improvement, endeavors ought to be taken to instill respect and knowledge of the legal guidelines, rights, and obligations.

This is possible thru the enforcement and promotion of human rights. As such, NSP sees itself as a force and companion of choice in this movement and dedicates itself to promoting the management of justice, and the rule of regulation and securing legal ensures to defend the fundamental human rights of people in Bangladesh.
